TMEM147

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM147 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,388 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM147-associated genes across cancer lineages are INF2, P3H4, and TNNC2. Each is linked with TMEM147 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM147-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM147 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM147 versus INF2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM147→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM147) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
