Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM145 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 280 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM145-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIN7B, PLA2G4C, and ARHGAP21. Each is linked with TMEM145 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM145-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM145 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM145 versus LIN7B in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM145→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM145) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
