TMEM139

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM139 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM139-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, Heregulin, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with TMEM139 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM139-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM139 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by TMEM139-low versus TMEM139-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM139→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM139) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
