TMEM135

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM135 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,653 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM135-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, CUL5, and NARS2. Each is linked with TMEM135 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM135-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM135 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM135 versus DDAH1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.27.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM135→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM135) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
