Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM132E protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,060 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM132E-associated genes across cancer lineages are OIP5, CYTH4, and KDELR3. Each is linked with TMEM132E in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM132E-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM132E results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM132E versus OIP5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM132E→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM132E) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
