Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM132A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,329 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM132A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, and Post-translational protein targeting to endoplasmic reticulum membrane. Each is linked with TMEM132A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM132A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM132A results are reported.
