Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM132A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 554 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM132A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KCNK18, RBMXL2, and MRGPRX1. Each is linked with TMEM132A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM132A-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM132A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KCNK18 grouped by TMEM132A-low versus TMEM132A-high in KIDNEY.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM132A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM132A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
