TMEM126B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM126B RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,489 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM126B-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIKESHI, TMEM126A, and CWC15. Each is linked with TMEM126B in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM126B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM126B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM126B versus HIKESHI in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM126B→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM126B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
