TMEM125

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM125 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,858 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM125-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HOOK1, PLEKHA6, and PLEKHA7. Each is linked with TMEM125 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM125-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM125 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM125 versus HOOK1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM125→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
