TMEM125

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM125 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM125-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, PDCD4, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TMEM125 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM125-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM125 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by TMEM125-low versus TMEM125-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM125→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM125) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
