TMEM123

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM123 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 75 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM123-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ9, TRAJ43, and RN7SL625P. Each is linked with TMEM123 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM123-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM123 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ9 grouped by TMEM123-low versus TMEM123-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM123→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM123) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
