Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM121B mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM121B-associated genes across cancer lineages are Annexin-1, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and c-Jun_pS73. Each is linked with TMEM121B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM121B-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM121B results are reported.
