TMEM119

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM119 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,689 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM119-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLXDC2, PRKG1, and TBC1D2B. Each is linked with TMEM119 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM119-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM119 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM119→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM119) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
