TMEM119

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM119 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,178 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM119-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZCCHC24, NALCN, and DCN. Each is linked with TMEM119 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM119-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM119 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM119→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM119) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
