TMEM117

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM117 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM117-associated genes across cancer lineages are XBP1, Rab11, and ASNS. Each is linked with TMEM117 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM117-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM117 results are reported.
