TMEM115

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM115 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,280 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM115-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-23P, MIR4497, and TRAJ21. Each is linked with TMEM115 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM115-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM115 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-23P grouped by TMEM115-low versus TMEM115-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM115→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM115) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
