TMEM11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,138 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP2K3, ISOC2, and THOC7. Each is linked with TMEM11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM11-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM11 versus MAP2K3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM11→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
