TMEM109

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM109 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,299 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM109-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS12P15, RN7SL248P, and RNU6-718P. Each is linked with TMEM109 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM109-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM109 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS12P15 grouped by TMEM109-low versus TMEM109-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM109→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM109) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
