TMEM108

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM108 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,950 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM108-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A16, ARHGEF2, and PSIP1. Each is linked with TMEM108 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM108-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM108 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM108 versus S100A16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM108→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM108) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
