TMEM108

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM108 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,228 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM108-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIDECP1, RNA5SP408, and MIR4710. Each is linked with TMEM108 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM108-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM108 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIDECP1 grouped by TMEM108-low versus TMEM108-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM108→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM108) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
