Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM108 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,672 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM108-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to brain-derived neurotrophic factor stimulus, Protein-RNA complex assembly, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TMEM108 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM108-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM108 results are reported.
