TMEM107

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM107 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,513 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM107-associated proteins across cancer lineages are METTL16, RPA1, and SPAG7. Each is linked with TMEM107 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM107-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEM107 versus METTL16 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM107→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
