TMEM107

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM107 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,023 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM107-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU2-63P, OR5B10P, and RN7SKP15. Each is linked with TMEM107 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM107-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM107 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU2-63P grouped by TMEM107-low versus TMEM107-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM107→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM107) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
