Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEM106C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,431 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEM106C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are DNA strand elongation involved in DNA replication, DNA-templated DNA replication, and DNA strand elongation. Each is linked with TMEM106C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM106C-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM106C results are reported.
