Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEM102 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 91 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMEM102-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1177P, RNU6-241P, and PDP2. Each is linked with TMEM102 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEM102-to-partner and partner-to-TMEM102 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-1177P grouped by TMEM102-low versus TMEM102-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEM102→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEM102) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
