TMEFF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMEFF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,351 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEFF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NME3, CLINT1, and DNMT3A. Each is linked with TMEFF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEFF1-to-partner and partner-to-TMEFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMEFF1 versus NME3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
