TMEFF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMEFF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMEFF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1, LCE1F, and SERPINA10. Each is linked with TMEFF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMEFF1-to-partner and partner-to-TMEFF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by TMEFF1-low versus TMEFF1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMEFF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMEFF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
