TMED5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,967 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRDC, SOAT1, and RPS18. Each is linked with TMED5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED5-to-partner and partner-to-TMED5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED5 versus NRDC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
