Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,444 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMED4-associated genes across cancer lineages are GRAP2, ITK, and ETS1. Each is linked with TMED4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED4-to-partner and partner-to-TMED4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED4 versus GRAP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
