Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,200 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMED10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CDC42BPB, AKT1, and TRIP11. Each is linked with TMED10 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED10-to-partner and partner-to-TMED10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED10 versus CDC42BPB in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
