Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,464 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMED10-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADCY5, RASL12, and HLF. Each is linked with TMED10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED10-to-partner and partner-to-TMED10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED10 versus ADCY5 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
