TMED10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED10-associated genes across cancer lineages are Gab2, ACVRL1, and Lck. Each is linked with TMED10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED10-to-partner and partner-to-TMED10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Gab2 grouped by TMED10-low versus TMED10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
