TMED10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,326 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED10-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSEN1, TM9SF1, and ZNF410. Each is linked with TMED10 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED10-to-partner and partner-to-TMED10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED10 versus PSEN1 in KIDNEY, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED10→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
