Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,952 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein catabolic process at synapse, Protein catabolic process at postsynapse, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with TMED10 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED10-to-partner and partner-to-TMED10 results are reported.
