TMCO6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,661 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NUDT4B, VDAC1P12, and TOP1MT. Each is linked with TMCO6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO6-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NUDT4B grouped by TMCO6-low versus TMCO6-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
