TMCO5A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO5A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,806 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO5A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are ATP metabolic process, ATP synthesis coupled electron transport, and Oxidative phosphorylation. Each is linked with TMCO5A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO5A-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATP metabolic process grouped by TMCO5A-low versus TMCO5A-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
