TMCO5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO5A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,593 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are NACAP6, BUD31P1, and PHF7. Each is linked with TMCO5A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO5A-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NACAP6 grouped by TMCO5A-low versus TMCO5A-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
