TMCO5A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO5A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO5A-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, 4E-BP1, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with TMCO5A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO5A-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO5A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ERK2 grouped by TMCO5A-low versus TMCO5A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO5A→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO5A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
