TMCO4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,389 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TCEA3, LRRC47, and MYO5A. Each is linked with TMCO4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO4-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCO4 versus TCEA3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
