TMCO1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,846 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRDMT1, EIF2S2, and PLCL2. Each is linked with TMCO1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO1-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCO1 versus TRDMT1 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
