Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMCO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,181 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, Positive regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with TMCO1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO1-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO1 results are reported.
