TMCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,772 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P28, CEP76, and TTC19. Each is linked with TMCC2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P28 grouped by TMCC2-low versus TMCC2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
