Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MTCO3P28 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MTCO3P28 expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MTCO3P28 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, MTCO3P28 RNA expression shows 4,709 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in PCPG. Together, these results highlight THYM, KICH, and PCPG as cancer lineages where MTCO3P28 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
