TMCC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,100 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TANC2, KPNA1, and MLKL. Each is linked with TMCC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCC1 versus TANC2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
