TMC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,073 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LPXN, SAMHD1, and LSP1_S177. Each is linked with TMC6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC6-to-partner and partner-to-TMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC6 versus LPXN in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
