TMC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 60 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10K1, ADIG, and OR4F15. Each is linked with TMC6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC6-to-partner and partner-to-TMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10K1 grouped by TMC6-low versus TMC6-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
