Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,895 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC4, CCT2, and SAAL1. Each is linked with TMC5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC5-to-partner and partner-to-TMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFC4 grouped by TMC5-low versus TMC5-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
