TMC4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,768 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CIB1, TMC4_S109, and TSTD1. Each is linked with TMC4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC4-to-partner and partner-to-TMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC4 versus CIB1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
