TMC4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,946 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, CENPO, and PDK1. Each is linked with TMC4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC4-to-partner and partner-to-TMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC4 versus PIMREG in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
