TMC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,680 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, NF1P10, and RN7SL538P. Each is linked with TMC4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC4-to-partner and partner-to-TMC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by TMC4-low versus TMC4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
